receita;
- 500g de polpa de dióspiro (4 dióspiros);
- 200 ml de água quente;
- 10 folhas de gelatina;
uniforme).
- Aquecer a água e dissolver nela
a gelatina.
- Juntar a água à fruta e mexer
bem.
- Distribuir pelas formas e levar
ao frigorífico até solidificar.
With autumn approaching the end, we lose a magnificent fruit of the season - the persimmon.
In fact, analysing their nutritional constitution is not in vain that it grows in autumn, when the fall in temperatures is felt. This fruit has several benefits strengthening our defenses due to their high carotene content, which, along with other phenolic compounds (similar to green tea and red wine) makes it a powerful antioxidant fruit. It is also rich in potassium, magnesium, copper and phosphorus, essential for a number of body processes.
Although slightly more caloric when compared to other fruits, due to its high sugar content, there is no reason to discriminate its consumption!
In order to take advantage of the best of the last persimmons still left, what if we were to ingest in a little different way? Substituting other sweet desserts which are less nutritious and more caloric than the persimmon pudding.
Very simple and quick to make, this sugarless and autumn flavored sweet can be consumed (without guilty conscience) as a dessert or snack.
I leave you the recipe:
- Persimmon pulp 500g (4 persimmons);
- 200 ml of hot water;
- 10 gelatine leaves;
Preparation
:
- Soak the gelatine leaves in cold water.
- Place the pads of persimmons in a bowl and stir with a fork (if you want to maintain the texture of the fruit buds) or milling with the magic wand (if you prefer a more uniform texture).
- Heat the water and dissolve therein the gelatin.
- Adding water to the fruit and stir well.
- Distribute the forms and lead to the refrigerator until set.
Bom apetite!
